Wellness Within is home of Licensed Massage Therapists Amy Lamb and Carly Puffinberger. We are a massage studio that specializes in eclectic massage & bodywork to address the physical maintenance needs of the working & retired community. Each therapy session is customized to fit each clients specific therapeutic needs after thorough assessment at the time of the appointment. Amy is certified in various modalities such as Contemporary Cupping by the International Cupping Therapy Association & has completed Infant Massage Education courses through Infant Massage USA.
