Over 75 years ago a twelve year old boy named Jack and a friend were hiking to the top of Big Pocono. On their way they discovered a jewel of a lake in one of the most spectacular mountain settings in Northeastern Pennsylvania. That jewel would become Mountain Springs Lake Resort. Charming cottages and winding country roads now grace the 325 woodland acres and pristine shores of the mile long spring-fed lake.
