Ashleigh Taylor- Schmidt is the founder and clinic director of Golden Root Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. She holds a Masters degree from Southwest Acupuncture College and is a Colorado State licensed and Nationally certified acupuncturist. She is a recognized Diplomate of Acupuncture and Herbology by the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) is certified in Clean Needle Technique and is a member of the Colorado Acupuncture Association. Michelle Dorak is thrilled to be working at Golden Root Acupuncture as an associate acupuncturist. She earned her Master’s degree in acupuncture from the Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder Colorado. Michelle is recognized by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCOAM) as a certified acupuncturist and is licensed by the state of Colorado. Michelle completed the Acupuncturists Without Borders Level 1 Training Healing Community Trauma in January of 2018. She feels acupuncture is an excellent way to support the journey of healing from mental physical and emotional trauma and is eager to share this knowledge with the people she cares for.
