Courtland has been involved in the finance and real estate business for over 16 years. He started his career in investment banking and venture capital funding right out of college then transitioned into financial planning. He then obtained his Real Estate License in 2004 and found that he had real knack for it. In addition to helping individuals find homes and investments Courtland is very involved in the community. He was President of Kiwanis Scripps/Mira Mesa for two years and has been an Ambassador with the San Diego North Chamber of Commerce covering Rancho Bernardo Mira Mesa Tierasanta Miramar Scripps Ranch and Scripps Poway for three years.
