Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Montana Properties is Montana\ u2019s premiere full service real estate company and is the highest ranked company in the state of Montana for annual sales. The company was formed in 2006 when Prudential Bridger Realty (previously Bridger Realty formed in 1980) and Gillespie Realty (formed in 1958) joined to create Prudential Montana Real Estate. After years of success under the Prudential brand and aligning with many of the best companies around the state the company rebranded in 2015 with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Operated by Mike Basile and Dan Ermatinger the locally owned company continues to grow across the state. Since rebranding with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices the company has opened offices in Livingston Helena and Butte and now has 17 offices and nearly 300 agents across the state.
